All contractors should conduct themselves in a professional manner while on site.
All health and safety events must be reported immediately.
Keep all gates locked while not on site & equipment should be properly stowed.
If livestock is present, take precautions & keep gates locked.
Do not leave trash behind.
Hand digging is required inside compound and up to 3' from fence outside compound.
GC is responsible for all personnel and activities on site.

**A Notice to Proceed can be issued onsite during the pre-construction walk if all above information has been provided and is accurate/no changes needed to CD’s, etc. Upon receipt of an NTP you may start construction immediately.
CLOSE OUT PACKAGE:
The following list should be provided:
Pictures of:
Antennas (include pic of serial/model number of antennas) should match RFDS
Mount (note mfg. and model number of mount)
Cable
Grounding (tying into our ground ring/fencing)
Open ditch showing distance from fence, route and depth of electrical conduit runs
Power meter
Provide combo to your lock.
Tape drop
Over all cabinet/shelter
Ice bridge to tower showing cables to tower and how they run up or inside tower
If tanks/generators are on site, please provide pictures of slab, electrical, and of tank. Provide any safety information regarding this equipment. Tape drop form – must list all 3 sectors, detail info on which and how many antennas in which sector and azimuths, top and bottom of antennas. If mount is higher or lower – this must be noted. ALL equipment MUST be within your leased area.
