Business Development Manager
Prior to moving into sales, Misty had over 14 years of project management and construction support experience and was an integral part of the original Signal One team. As such, she was responsible for all of the construction and compliance coordination between Signal One, it’s vendors and the carriers. From 1997 to 2006, She coordinated over 1300 field technicians during tenant collocations, managed and expedited the installation of anchor tenants for over 220 towers, and analyzed all carrier collocation architectural CAD drawings.
Additionally, she was responsible for the ensuring compliance with all state, federal, environmental and safety regulations. As the southern markets Sales Manager, Misty utilizes her contacts and those of the Southern Towers team to bring tower build opportunities to the table. Significantly, Misty’s extensive vendor contacts have been very helpful in divining client future plans and intentions. Her outstanding personality, tenacious work ethic and professional demeanor are decisive factors in gaining access to decision-makers, especially female management within the carriers. She also attends many of the industry functions providing a “can-do” public face for Southern Towers.
